플런져 타입의 펌프는 수압과 양을 적절하게 조절이 가능하고 넓은 구조로 고속의 작업을 할 수 있는 정밀부품입니다.

It is designed to be operated by the driving of crank. Also it is equipped with a guide, so that there are no any shake, and overload even under the condition of high speed. Moreover, it is also available for 4 pieccs of heald frame in accordance with density.

<개구 운동>
크랭크 구동에 의해 작동되며 가이드가 있어 흔들림이 없고 높은 회전에도 무리가 따르지 않습니다. 밀도에 따라 헬드프레임 4매까지 설치가 가능합니다.

It controls cloth production efficiently attaching automatic counter along with manual counter that enables to top sutomatically by setting the length of cloth(Optional Specification)

<카운터>
수동 카운터와 함께 Auto counter 를 부착하여 하포M를 설정하여 자동으로 정지시킴으로써 원단생산을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있다.(option)

It is equipped with a control motor, so that its tension is automatically conrtolled, while the power is separately delivered from the body or machine. This machine is workable up to the winding diameter of 1,000mm.

<와인딩>
콘트롤 모터 부착으로 장력이 자동 제어되며 동력이 기계 본체와는 별도 전달되게 하였으며 와인딩 직경 최고 1,000m/m까지 작업할 수 있습니다.

This dewatering is completely done by a special rubbercoated roller designed for three stops.

<탈수작업>
3단의 특수 고무코팅로라(재질NBR)에 의해 탈수 현상이 완벽히 이루어 집니다.

Unlike currant body bracket, It is designed to use both sides of low & high density without change of body bracket.

<슬레이스워드>
기존의 슬레이스워드와 달리 양면을 모두 사용할 수 있도록 설계하여 저밀도와 고밀도를 슬레이스워드 교체없이 사용하도록 제작하였습니다.
